Our payment process below ensures you will be paid quickly.
We submit your company our letter of Intent. We also confirm that your bank can accept a wire transfer from our major us bank.
Once you accept our letter of Intent we then provide a formal Purchase Order outlining all terms and conditions with our company signature.
When your shipment of Gold Au arrives we notify you the material has arrived and assay has started. We also provide an estimate of when our final assay will be complete. Normally, the time period is 1 to 5 days.
Once our final assay is complete we send you a copy of our report and start our payment process with our bank.
In some cases we will reimburse seller for expenses to ship samples. Once the trial shipment is completed you can ship any amount. We do not use letters of credit, bank guarantees or require the seller to post a performance bond. They are abused out dated financial instruments.
We will sometimes reimburse the seller for his expenses, depending on the price of product. We will never advance any funds under any conditions.
We then get your confirmation on the final assay report and then schedule your bank wire transfer from our US bank to your bank.
Confirmation is made with you that you have received our bank wire in good order.
Our suppliers have liked this process as it provides information during the entire payment process. We welcome the opportunity to earn your business in the future.
We currently utilize DHL as our primary shipping providers for transporting Alluvial Gold Dust and Dore’ from the West Africa and Ghana to our refinery partner in the USA. DHL Express Cargo in Ghana will now also ship Alluvial Gold to the USA providing AU shipping services to the USA from Ghana. The requirement is that the material must be Alluvial Gold. If it is not classified as Alluvial Gold they will not provide the shipping services.
FedEx currently has a 30 kilogram weight limit per package.
We recommend that you insure for guaranteed arrival and accept the highest insurance coverage available. You may also get insurance from other insurance sources if needed.
If you decide to send samples to our finery, new sellers can only send us 1 to 3 kilograms of Gold Dust or Gold Dore’ in the first shipment. Once we have completed our final assay in good order, we prefer larger quantities of 50 kilograms or more per shipment.
Required Procedure for all shipments
• Fax or Email your FCO, Made out to: TBD
• FCO is mandatory, no exceptions.
• Include all information about your material quality and amounts.
• FCO, must contain your company’s information, with phone, fax numbers, and your company address.
• If your FCO is accepted by us we will send you an LOI, letter of Intent, and request some initial banking information. (just the bank name so we can confirm they can accept our bank wire).
• We will then draft a purchase order outlining the exact terms and conditions.
• After we receive your signed purchase order your will have 10 days to ship the product.
• All shipments need to be sent directly to our refinery in the USA.
