PROCEDURES AND TIMING:
1. Buyer to issue letter of intent (LOI)
2. Seller to send full corporation offer (FCO)
3. Buyer to acknowledge the FCO with in a day from the date of issue of FCO
4. Buyer issues draft contract and buyer returns the draft contract to the Seller, via fax or e-mail, dully signed and sealed.
5. . Seller receives and confirms any changes made in draft contract, if agreed seller issues the final contract, buyer returns the final contract to the seller via fax or e-mail and the (6) Hard copies dully signed and sealed to the seller. Seller sends (3) Hard Copies back duly signed and sealed.
6. Buyer to issue LC to seller with in four to six days of signing the contract.
7. Seller issue 2% operative performance bond guarantee (PBG) with in 3-5 days, of the Operative LC.
8. Seller to issue pop.
9. Shipment commence as per delivery schedule agreed.
