The Johnson Bank Story
In 1970, Samuel C. Johnson, fourth generation leader of one of the most successful privately-owned companies in the world (S.C. Johnson & Son), recognized a need for a different kind of bank in his Racine, Wisconsin community. Not long after, he founded one based on his vision of unmatched personal service and a promise to treat clients like family. Since then, Johnson Bank has grown from a single bank in Racine to an international financial services company offering comprehensive solutions to individuals, families and businesses through offices in Wisconsin, Arizona and Switzerland.
The History of ACS Investment Advisors
Nearly fifteen years later, a group of experienced financial professionals in Madison, Wisconsin began traveling a similar, yet parallel path when they decided to form a new investment firm to meet the unique needs of their thriving community - one in which the term "relationship" was more than just a marketing slogan. In providing portfolio management and financial consulting for individuals, trusts, foundations and retirement plans, ACS Investment Advisors Inc. grew into one of Wisconsin's largest independent registered investment advisors.

In 2007, affirming the unusual similarity of their philosophies and purpose, these two successful firms decided to join forces to create ACS Johnson Investment Advisors, a division of Johnson Bank.
