The North Shore Fire Department and several local hotels and motels are offering The First Night is on Us! Arrangements have been made to provide complimentary lodging to any North Shore resident that is temporarily displaced due to fire, flood, natural disaster, carbon monoxide, etc. NSFD can also assist those with pets. Some of the hotels will take pets, or we can call to get your pet boarded. We can also make contact with a veterinarian or 24-hour emergency veterinary service if needed. NSFD can also provide pamphlets and contact information to guide you and your family through the process of rebuilding and returning to normal.
