COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts is the world's leading cultural center dedicated to the discovery, understanding and celebration of wine, food and the arts. The gardening series is a major component of COPIA's extensive public programming roster, which features a variety of interrelated wine, food and arts programs and exhibitions that appeal to all the senses. Most programs will be held in COPIA's three and one-half acres of outdoor gardens, which are devoted to common and heirloom varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, botanicals and flowers, including a seed-saving garden, a lavender collection and fruit orchards.
