Mystic Seaport offers a comprehensive benefits package for regular full-time staff, and their eligible dependents which includes medical and dental insurance (cost-sharing involved) as well as term life insurance (for full-time staff only), and the option of purchasing supplemental life insurance. After one year, these same staff are enrolled in a Long Term Disability insurance plan, and after two years of service are eligible for enrollment in a 403 (B) pension plan.
