The Blair Public Library Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization whose goal is to enhance the services, offerings and facilities of the Blair Public Library beyond the budgetary constraints of local government. The Foundation does so by providing a means for people who have a special affinity for the library to contribute funds toward projects through gifts, estates and fundraising activities. Gifts of any size are accepted. Established in 2002 as a recognized 501(c)3 corporation, the Foundation allows donors to receive the appropriate tax benefits for those gifts the Foundation receives. As a Foundation, we also encourage and accept memorial gifts for the Library which may be designated to purchase additional books or put toward other special
