The Bettendorf Public Library Outreach Department provides delivery of Library materials to the homes of Bettendorf residents who are not able to come to the Library because of physical constraints or disabilities. Eligibility includes those with temporary as well as permanent disability. Materials are also delivered to residents of Bettendorf nursing homes.
