The Waukegan Public Library provides access to the Internet as a source of information, education and communication. The same standards of intellectual freedom, privacy and confidentiality endorsed by the library for traditional resources apply to electronic media, including Internet usage. Patrons with fines in excess of $5.00 will not be allowed to log on to a Waukegan Public Library computer. By logging on to one of the Library's Internet workstations and beginning a session, it is understood that the patron has read and accepted the terms as stated in this policy.
