As an enterprise of the Winter Park Public Library, the Institute makes services available to residents of the City of Winter Park and the surrounding communities. In association with the Winter Park Health Foundation (WPHF), the Institute makes a concerted effort to address the learning needs of individuals aged 50 and above. Additionally, the Institute provides learning opportunities for residents of any age who wish to pursue continued education outside the requirements of a formal academic setting.
