The Mid-Illinois Talking Book Center is a subregional library for the blind and physically handicapped with service centers in Pekin and Quincy, Illinois. We are part of a network serving the state of Illinois and also part of a national network of libraries. Our program is a free library program of braille and recorded books and magazines available to residents of Illinois who are not able to use standard print because of a visual, physical, or learning disability.
