The St. Joseph County Public Library would pick up the additional $16.00 required by the State of Indiana for the PLACard. SJCPL would not provide such a discount to anyone from outside its Library district who wished to purchase the Statewide PLACard at a SJCPL library. Non-residents of our Library district would be charged the full $26.00 for the PLACard. If our own residents purchase the PLACard from another Indiana public library at its full cost, and can provide proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase, the SJCPL will reimburse the resident $16.00 for that PLACard. We could consider an even lower fee that our residents would pay SJCPL for the PLACard. If, however, SJCPL were to charge nothing and our Library paid the entire
