The Hooksett Fire Rescue Department provides first response emergency medical services to the Town of Hooksett 24 hours a day. HFRD will respond with an engine from either fire station to the location, staffed with 3 Firefighter/Emergcncy Medical Technicians (EMT's). HFRD personnel are trainined at the EMT-Basic and EMT-Intermediate levels, which are described below. Tri-Town Ambulance is also dispatched at the same time as HFRD and arrives soon after. Tri-Town Ambulance is stationed in Pembroke and is staffed at the Paramedic (EMT-P) level with 2-3 attendants. Monday -Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tri-Town Ambulance staffs one of their ambulances at the Hooksett Fire Rescue Department Station 2 (Central) for a quicker response during the daytime hours.
