Nassau Holdings, Inc. is a privately held diversified holding company based in Princeton, New Jersey owned and managed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Louis F. Mercatanti, Jr. Mr. Mercatanti acquired the first assets that comprise Nassau in 1986, two radio stations based in Princeton, NJ WPST-FM and WHWH-AM.
