DFDS Lys Line AS is the acquiring company, and the companies KST Shipping AS and KST Logistics AS are thus merged into DFDS Lys Line AS. KST Terminal AS (100%) and North Sea Terminal AS (66%) are now subsidiaries of DFDS Lys Line AS. The senior management of the DFDS Lys Line consists of Hans-Jørgen Wibstad (Managing Director), Jan Rune Løvlie (Director) and Anders Tangre (Director). DFDS Lys Line AS is a 100% owned subsidiary of DFDS A/S in Copenhagen.
