Finesse can offer an audit and inventory management service for telecommunications, IP Telephony, mobile communications, water, electricity, and gas. This is a comprehensive service that would include site surveys, billing analysis, reporting our findings, and implementation. We will undertake, free of charge, a survey of these important areas of business expenditure to determine where future savings can be affected. In addition, past overcharges can also be identified and refunds obtained.
A detailed report is produced following the survey and our fee, based on an agreed percentage of savings, is only payable once arrangements have been concluded to effect future savings or past overcharges have been repaid. Wherever and whenever possible Finesse operate on a contingency basis, where no savings are made no fee will be charged and, in all cases, there is no charge for the audit. (Special arrangements have been made with Chambers of Commerce, Tourist Boards and various Trade Associations and the members of these organisations can benefit even further from these arrangements).
