Business and Youth Working Together

Business and Youth Working Together (BYWT) was initiated by the Hawaii Workforce Development Council to bridge the gap between education and employment for economic development. Enterprise Honolulu has stepped forward to act as the primary point of contact for this initiative. BYWT is based on the belief that education alone is insufficient to create the workforce needed to be competitive in the 21st Century.
