FECCA's constitution provides for full members with voting rights and associate members. Full membership is open to the National Body (which includes the Congress, a Council, and Executive and National Officers); state and/or territory umbrella bodies; and regional level umbrella bodies. To be eligible for Associate Membership, an organisation must be a national or multi-regional incorporated body, whose constitution is compatible with the objectives of FECCA. Each year FECCA convenes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to decide policy direction and future strategies. Executive Committee meetings are also a forum for policy
