ImmunoScience, Inc. is a Nevada Corporation initially founded by Sateesh Apte, M.D. in July, 1995, for the purpose of researching, developing and marketing innovative products to the biomedical industry. Seed capital and first stage financing was obtained via private placement from a group of investors, which has funded the development of the company and its products thus far. The Company's exciting main product, Contre-Vir, a live recombinant therapeutic vaccine and a potential cure for HIV infection is pending further clinical trials after a very successful pilot trial. In the interim, the company has focused its efforts on testing and manufacturing of its saliva based diagnostic tests for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B & C, Drugs of Abuse and ( www.immunoscience.com )
