Established by Fred Gallo and Gustavo A. Hermida, in 1983, CIC originally specialized in the construction of pharmaceutical projects, including new facilities, expansions, renovations and GMP upgrades. In fact, CIC is the only construction company in Puerto Rico that's a member of the esteemed Pharmaceutical Industry Association of Puerto Rico.
