Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau

The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau is a private, nonprofit corporation, organized by visitor-industry member companies and associations. At the same time, the HVCB is the State of Hawaii's official tourism marketing organization, responsible for creating Hawaii's brand image to both the North America Major Market Area and Corporate Meetings and Incentives market and promoting travel to all of the Islands. The state tourism marketing budget is a set percentage of the state revenue raised through the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT).
