"Ethel and I had always wanted to make Spray-N-Grow a family business, and hoped that our daughters Melanie and Natalie would join the company some day," said Bill. Their dream began to turn into reality in 1987, when Natalie came on board. "When I came to work for the company, we were still very small, and my dad needed an assistant.
