Employment longevity is a major factor in the success of The Stelter Company; one-fourth of the current employees has been on staff more than 12 years. Larry Stelter has put in 30 years in sales and as president and CEO; Steve Stelter has 28 years of experience as a field consultant and has led the sales force in total sales for eight consecutive years. Tom Roan has 19 years of experience as a regional field consultant, Garry Malone has dedicated over 15 years to serving as a regional field consultant; and Terri Krueger, on staff for 15 years, joined the firm as a production artist in 1985 and is currently ( www.stelter.com )
