Mississippi State offers over 300 student organizations throughout its campus. The Greek system includes 18 fraternities (12 with on-campus houses) and 11 sororities (4 with on-campus houses. Organizations with various recreational interests include the Amateur Radio Club, paintball club, the Fashion Board, table tennis club, S.C.U.B.A. Club, and the Society for Creative Anachronism. Student residences include two dormitories for female freshmen and two for male freshmen, as well as two co-residential dorms and a dormitory for freshmen, upperclassmen, and Honors students.
