McLean Children's Academy, founded in 1981 is known as McLean's "little secret." This academic preschool is well known by local grade school programs as a program that provides excellent preparation for Kindergarten. This school is one of the few in the area with the prestigious NAEYC accreditation (National Academy for the Education of Young Children). Clifton Children's Academy, founded 1998, is our newest campus. An educationally sound Preschool and Kindergarten at a spacious, eight acre country campus, maintains the same nurturing "home like" environment as it's sister school, while also obtaining the same NAEYC accreditation. This school offers morning and afternoon Preschool Programs, with an Extended Day (3:30pm) for children age 2 years and 9 months through ( www.childrensacademy.com )
