The Amundsen Educational Center (AEC) is a Christian vocational school that primarily serves Alaskan Native students. AEC is authorized by the Alaska Commission on Post-Secondary Education to offer a 1 year Certificate in Home Construction and a 2 year Advanced Certificate in Home Construction. The Amundsen Educational Center is a partner ministry of Covenant Youth of Alaska, the youth ministry department of the Evangelical Covenant Church of Alaska. Our Mission is to recruit a small group of primarily Alaska Native students from Rural Alaska each year and bring them into a village-like Christian campus to live together with a team of mission-minded instructers.
