Manitoba Fashion Institute

The Manitoba Fashion Institute is the industry association for the apparel and sewn products manufacturers in Manitoba. Representing most of the provinces' manufacturers, suppliers and service providers, the MFI works to lobby government and act as a unified body in responding to issues important to the success of the industry. The MFI plays an important role as a consulting, networking and training resource to both established and emerging apparel businesses. It is governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of key owners and managers from some of the most competitive companies in Manitoba including Western Glove Works, Sterling Glove, Gemini Fashions, Peerless Garments, and Nygard ( www.apparel-manitoba.org )
