JAIMS, a pioneer in intercultural management education, is a private, nonprofit postgraduate institute. Its mission is to contribute to the human and economic development of the Asia-Pacific region by educating and training managers to be effective leaders in an increasingly interdependent economy. JAIMS prepares global managers through programs in intercultural management, business language and customized seminars in information technology and cross-cultural communications. Established in 1972 by Fujitsu Ltd., JAIMS has educated and trained more than 17,500 academic program and seminar participants mainly from North American and Asian countries.
