LymphoSign is developing a number of novel compounds discovered in the laboratory of Dr. Chaim Roifman, the company's founder, at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. These compounds inhibit abnormal cellular signalling specific to the growth of cancer cells. LymphoSign's lead drug candidate LS104 is nearing completion of pre-clinical testing and has shown great promise as a potential treatment of acute leukemias (ALL and AML) as well as other cancers.
