Cliff® was founded in 1963, as Cliff Plastic Products. The original factory is located at Telscombe cliffs, 100 metres from the English Channel. The first products manufactured were jack plugs and sockets. Since 1963 the factory has been expanded in size and the range of products increased significantly. Our moulding production facility includes a number of fully automatic Engel and Arburg moulding machines. Assembly of components is by state-of-the-art robotic systems or manual assembly for items produced in smaller quantities. Assembly processes include electric welding, riveting by spin or impact, crimping, sonic welding and printing. We also have all the backup facilities needed for the assembly techniques employed.
