Johnson Components® has designed and built our own in-house tooling and machines for many years. We have experience ranging from light gauge progressive dies, jigs, and fixtures to automatic machinery. We have been involved with automation and controls since 1958, with projects ranging from single station presses to computer controlled, multi-station machining equipment. We are proficient with MicroStation, AutoCad and Smart Cam computer aided design systems. Our Tool and Die department consists of 9 technicians, each with an average of 14 years of experience.
