Trulite Inc

Trulite Technology LLC, the predecessor company to Trulite, Inc., was founded in January 2002. This company was started in order to develop a portable hydrogen fuel source with good power density and with good stability to meet the needs of the military and other commercial users. The company developed several prototypes of hydrogen fuel sources in portable canisters to meet the requirements of government contracts that it had received. Trulite, Inc. was incorporated in July 2004. Contango Capital Management and the founders of Trulite Technology LLC were the primary investors in this new company. The company continued to work on its HydroCell fuel sources, experimenting with several different methodologies and materials, and started to develop an integrated fuel cell power ( www.trulitetech.com )
