American Medical Sales (AMS) was founded in 1954 and has grown to become one of the major manufacturers of medical imaging accessories in North America . Today Approximately 20%of the company's volume comes from International sales. Like many companies whose products are based on traditional film/screen systems, AMS has been working on new products concepts for digital imaging. In examining the contribution AMS can make to our industry we realized that we have more than fifty years of imaging display knowledge. We have spent thousands of hours working with radiologists and other medical imaging professionals designing better viewing stations to increase their productivity and to improve the reading environment to help doctors in their diagnostic ( www.digitalams.com )
