Victoria Oil & Gas Plc is a newly incorporated company that has been established by its shareholders to identify and acquire a number of projects in the oil and gas sector with particular emphasis on projects in the FSU and Central Asia. The directors of the Company are: Kevin Alfred Foo MIMMM, C.Eng, Chairman. Kevin Foo is a graduate in metallurgy from the Ballarat School of Mines and holds an MSc and DIC from Imperial College. He has a 34 year career in the resources sector encompassing technical, operational, project management and running public companies including Aberfoyle Limited, Minproc Engineers and Bakyrchik Gold Plc.
