Western Gas Resources is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, gateway to the resource-rich Rocky Mountains. Our Company was founded in 1971. Recognizing the need to capture natural gas flaring from producing oil wells in the 1970s, Western created a niche by providing natural gas gathering, processing and marketing services to producers. Our reputation to design and construct complex gas processing facilities and capability to provide quality low-cost natural gas services quickly grew.
