2K Composites (2KC) was founded and solely owned by, Steve Swain, who is a very keen skydiver. Previously from a paint spraying background, Steve decided that he wanted to follow his passion in life and designed from scratch his first ever freefly helmet, the FF1. Over the past few years Steve has worked on refining his designs & testing out different materials, his hard work paid off as in September 2000 he decided to officially launch 2KC. 2KC has come a long way; today we are able to offer different types of helmets, catering for all skydivers's needs from professional cameramen to military services and to people who just like Steve, skydive as a hobby.
