Penda Corporation

Penda has been manufacturing and selling pickup truck bedliners since 1983. The company's modern era began in 1994, when it split from a parent company of the same name. Over the course of the next decade, Penda Corporation experienced steady growth and diversification. In 1995, Penda acquired Tri-Glas, giving the company fiberglass manufacturing capabilities to complement its plastics and thermoforming expertise. In 2003, Penda Premier Solutions was launched to bring custom thermoformed and fiberglass solutions to manufacturers both within and outside of the automotive market.
