Premier Circuit Assembly was founded in 1983 under the name ETMS. In 1988, the company incorporated as Premier Circuit Assembly and built a modern state of the art facility in Spring Hope, North Carolina that doubled the size of its original building. In 1995 Premier opened its Texas facility to better serve our customers in the "Telecommunications Corridor". Over the years, our loyal customer base, and the ability to search out and utilize the latest technical advances, has provided substantial growth for Premier Circuit Assembly. We have expanded our facilities six times and now occupy more than 100,000 square feet between our two facilities.
