When Dave first purchased the company, Polar Industries Ltd. primarily serviced residential and light commercial refrigeration equipment. Through his dedication to hard work and knowledge of the business, Polar Industries Ltd. grew into servicing and installation of all types of commercial / industrial refrigeration air-conditioning systems. Because of rapid business growth, Dave invited his brother, Lyle Sergius into a partnership into the company.
