Reel Core designs, manufactures and distributes a patented three-piece plastic reel from our 70,000 square foot facility located in Northeast Iowa. Reel Core has been a leading supplier of plastic reels and spools for hose, cable, wire, and rope manufacturers for over 10 years. Reel Core's patented blow-molded reel design minimizes shipping costs and maximizes assembly time. Simply turning the flange onto the threaded core is all it takes to assemble the reel. We use high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic in our manufacturing process. A blow molded reel is very impact resistant.
