The company voluntarily places this icon on print and point-of-sale advertisements for its smokeless tobacco products, as well as on millions of pieces of direct mail to adult consumers. U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company sales representatives are required to wear a lapel pin embossed with the icon while working at retail.
