This 3 days program provides the know-how on how to conduct top-down qualitative analysis starting from analyzing key economic variables, industry's key success factors and company's strategy/ operation and management in order to identify factors that may have a positive/ negative affect on the borrower’s business performance.
Applied Credit Structuring
This is 3 days case study based training program, where participants will be introduced to the various techniques to structure trade financing, long term loan and real estate/ construction loan facilities.
Credit Immersion
The purpose of this program is strengthen and increase retention of the knowledge and skills that have been learned by the participants of Financial & Credit Analysis, Structured Qualitative Analysis and Applied Credit Structuring training programs. The duration of this program can be tailored according to the number of participants and the needs of the client.
Problem Loan Management
This is a 2 days case study based training program where participants will be introduced to the process of early problem loan recognition and remedial management on problem loans.
Trade Finance for Bank Officers
This is a 4 days program that provides a good understanding about trade transaction and trade finance to its participants, so that they as bank officers will be able to understand their customer's trade related needs as well as the banking products to meet those needs.
