Using our stated affiliated syndicated partners, we have the capability to fund from USD/EURO 50 Million upwards. We have developed the ability to provide 100% funding made up of 60% part loan and 40% part equity. We are able to offer low interest rates and free monitory periods of repayment until a project has the ability to pay its own way.
In all cases we look for a small financial contribution from the project owner borrower on acceptance of our loan/Investment commitment. This then tells use that our intended project partner is also committed.
