AEROMAGS.COM was formed in 2007 by geoscientists who were looking for fast, cost effective, low-level, aeromagnetic data.
We have the ability to deliver low and slow surveys at a very good rate in Africa, producing high quality data using recent developments in instrument technology.
Why AEROMAGS.COM you ask? Well our competitive edge is in the following:
• Non-metallic airframe. A metal aircraft causes magnetic interference which needs to be compensated for. Our aircraft have composite construction and are therefore non-conductive and non-magnetic resulting in a signal with very little noise. This in turn means that the resultant data is of a high quality.
• Recent developments in equipment have resulted in instrumentation being much smaller, allowing us to use smaller aircraft as the pay loads have been reduced. This in turn results in a far more cost effective package for the customer. Our Aircraft are capable of low and slow surveys with lower stalling speeds, producing higher quality detailed data
• AEROMAGS.COM uses all the latest instrumentation (Magnetometers, Radar Altimeters, Radiometrics and Acquisition Software) to ensure spatial data is of the highest specifications
The Operation is based in Harare, and is accessible to all areas of southern and central Africa.
